The drink: Smiley’s Old Fashioned
Step 1: What you need
• 2 oz. Knob Creek 9 yr
• 3/4 oz. honey syrup
• 3 liberal dashes Angostura Bitters
• orange peel
• amaretto cherry
Step 2: Combine first 3 ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice
Step 3: Stir for 15 seconds
Step 4: Strain into ice-filled rocks glass
Step 5: Twist orange peel over glass and garnish with amaretto cherry
