Ingredients

  • 1 oz. house made simple syrup with cinnamon, maple, and cloves
  • 2 oz. Cut Spike Rum
  • 5 oz. Ditmars Orchard Apple Cider
  • Grated fresh cinnamon

Directions

  1. Combine simple syrup and rum
  2. Add apple cider
  3. Shake well and strain into glass
  4. Add grated fresh cinnamon on top
