- What you need:
- 1.5 oz Monte Alban Mezcal
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz apple juice
- .5 oz poblano syrup
- .5 oz agave
- Apple wedge
- 4 sage leaves
- Butane torch and smoking board
2. Torch sage until smoking. Place chilled glass over smoking sage.
3. Combine first five ingredients in shaker and shake well.
4. Strain into the smoked glass over ice.
5. Garnish with an apple wedge.
