Step 1: What you need:
2 oz Uncle Nearest 1856 Premium Whiskey
.5 oz Lustau Amontillado Sherry
.5 oz Orange, Cinnamon, and Fennel Syrup
.33 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
2 drops of Saline Solution, or a small pinch of Sea Salt
Step 2: Combine Ingredients into shaker
Step 3: Shake well
Step 4: Strain into coupe glass
Step 5: Garnish with an orange peel
