Step 1: What you need:
- 1 oz. Suntory Toki Whiskey
- 1 oz. Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
- .5 oz. Benedictine
- .75 oz. Stella Artois Apple Cider Reduction Syrup
- 10 drops Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
- 4 dashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters
- .5 oz. Fresh lime juice
Step 2: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.
Step 3: Shake for 10 seconds until chilled.
Step 4: Double strain into chilled stemmed glass and top with apple cidre egg white foam.
Step 5: Garnish with a mint sprig and apple slice.
