Step 1: What you need
2 oz. Plymouth Gin
¾ oz. Homemade sweet pepper syrup stewed with bay leaves and thyme
¾ oz. Lemon juice
½ oz 15 year Oloroso sherry
Step 2: Combine all ingredients
Step 3: Add ice and shake well
Step 4: Pour into coupe glass
Step 5: Garnish with dehydrated sweet pepper
