  1. What you need:
    • 1.5 oz Alipús San Juan Mescal
    • .5 oz Raspberry Lambic syrup
    • .5 oz fresh lime juice
    • 10 drops rose water
  2. Combine ingredients into a shaker
  3. Add ice and shake well
  4. Double strain into glass
  5. Garnish with lime rose
