- What you need:
- 1.5 oz Alipús San Juan Mescal
- .5 oz Raspberry Lambic syrup
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- 10 drops rose water
- Combine ingredients into a shaker
- Add ice and shake well
- Double strain into glass
- Garnish with lime rose
