Step 1: What you need:

  • 1 oz. Suntory Toki Whiskey
  • 1 oz. Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
  • .5 oz. Benedictine
  • .75 oz. Stella Artois Apple Cider Reduction Syrup
  • 10 drops Vieux Pontarlier Absinthe
  • 4 dashes of Angostura Aromatic bitters
  • .5 oz. Fresh lime juice

Step 2: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice.

Step 3: Shake for 10 seconds until chilled.

Step 4: Double strain into chilled stemmed glass and top with apple cidre egg white foam.

Step 5: Garnish with a mint sprig and apple slice.
