The drink: Pisco Sour

Step 1: What you need

–       2oz Macchu Pisco

–       1oz lime juice

–       1oz simple syrup

–       1oz egg white

–       3 drops of bitters

Step 2: Combine 2oz Macchu Pisco, 1oz lime juice, 1oz simple syrup, 1oz egg white in a shaker and shake for 10 secondsĀ 

Step 3: Add ice and shake again

Step 4: Strain drink into glass

Step 5: Add 3 drops of bitters
