To this end, kwELITE partnered with a Lincoln-based digital tech marketing firm in 2020, getVRLY.com, which provides a technology solution never before seen in the industry. Fully immersive 6D tours of existing homes and pre-construction are digitally rendered. These tours utilize virtual reality technology, 360-degree scans, and computer-aided design (CAD) blueprints to make the unthinkable our reality.
kwELITE’s 10,000-sq. ft. campus was designed to serve as a hybrid tech-powered HUB that will partner with, train, and equip real estate brokerages across the country. The future is teaching the traditional agent to become an agent advisor and adding value to the consumer experience by helping to save the client time and money long after the transaction is over.
The utilization of technology platforms built with predictable analytics and machine learning (AI), allows our agent advisors to provide the consumer with real-time data pertinent to their needs. This could include specific information custom-tailored for each individual client, specific to listing updates, price reductions, estimated cost pro-formas, home valuations, mortgage rates, insurance rates, concierge services, and much more.
