5 Steps to the Perfect Cocktail 

What you need:  

•  1 oz. lemon juice
 
•  1 oz. basil simple syrup
 
•  0.75 oz. egg white
 
•  1 oz. gin
 
•  2 strawberries 

Step 2
 
Muddle strawberries, lemon juice, and basil simple syrup 

Step 3

Add egg white and gin

Step 4

Shake with ice, then strain and shake without ice to froth

Step 5

Strain and serve in rocks glass with basil sugar/salt rim, dried lemon wheel, and strawberry garnish
