5 Steps to the Perfect Cocktail 

What you need:  

• 1.5 oz. gin 

• 1 oz. fig oleo syrup 

• .5 oz. lemon 

• Splash of prosecco 

• Lemon peel 

Step 2  
Combine first three ingredients in shaker with ice 

Step 3  
Shake well 

Step 4 
Strain into glass 

Step 5 
Top with a splash of prosecco and garnish with lemon peel
