BMW, MINI, Land Rover, and Jaguar of Omaha are moving to a state-of-the-art new facility at the new Heartwood Preserve, opening at the end of 2019.
Spanning 500 acres of the former Boys Town campus, Heartwood Preserve will be Omaha’s premier office, dining, and retail center.
Q: What was the impetus to move from your current Westroads location?
A: The short answer is space. The business has grown to a point where we need more space to operate. We love the central location Westroads offers, but the opportunity to be part of a world class development like Heartwood was impossible to pass up.
Q: This new development seems amazing. Will there be other Auto Dealers?
A: Actually we’ll be the only one. Heartwood is a new, unique mixed-use development on a scale not executed before in the Metro area. We’re proud to be the only automotive client, and feel we’re a good fit, offering some of the most valued car brands available.
Q: What advantages will customers gain by this move?
A: This will be Omaha’s premier auto dealership. No expense was spared during the design and construction. We’ll have the newest technology, tools, and training to service vehicles the most efficient way possible. Plus, the location is easily accessible – just moments from Dodge Street. Considering the residential, dining, and retail offerings, we feel Heartwood Preserve will be a convenient stop for our customers.
Q: What else should we anticipate with the move to Heartwood?
A: It should all be very impressive. Whether looking at just our dealership or the development as a whole, it should say something new and unique that Omaha residents will appreciate.
